Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW
DuPont Registry Group is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support and maintain the company's NetSuite ERP platform. This role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and operational teams to ensure NetSuite is configured effectively, supports financial business processes, and delivers reliable reporting.

The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and reporting, while helping ensure the platform continues to support the organization's financial and operational needs as the business grows.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

System Administration

  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP environment.
  • Manage roles, permissions, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across the platform.

Financial System Support

  • Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to support core financial processes including:
    • Procure-to-Pay (AP)
    • Order-to-Cash (AR)
    • Revenue recognition
    • Intercompany transactions
    • Month-end close processes
  • Troubleshoot financial transaction issues and ensure correct system behavior.

Reporting & Data

  • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support financial reporting and operational insights.
  • Support reporting requirements for Finance, leadership, and other business stakeholders.
  • Assist with data extraction and integration needs for analytics and reporting tools.

User Support & Training

  • Provide support to NetSuite users across Finance and operational teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to transactions, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
  • Create documentation and provide training where needed.

System Improvements

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and system efficiency.
  • Support enhancements and configuration updates aligned with business needs.
  • Assist with system testing and validation for new features or updates.

Integrations

  • Support integrations between NetSuite and other business systems (e.g., expense systems, CRM, reporting tools).
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot integration issues.


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3-5+ years of NetSuite administration experience
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes
  • Experience supporting Finance teams within an ERP environment
  • Experience building saved searches, reports, and dashboards
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

  • NetSuite Administrator certification
  • Experience supporting financial close processes
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations or APIs
  • Experience with reporting tools or data warehouses
