~ Top Requirements of the Senior Accountant ~

• Strong background in margin analysis and reporting, preferably in a high-volume product environment.

• Experience with Netsuite is a plus.

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficiency in technical inventory accounting skills.

~ What You'll Do as a Senior Accountant ~

• Own and manage margin analysis and ad hoc reporting.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to reconcile and track ready-to-wear inventory.

• Develop inventory analysis reports, analyze variances, and resolve inventory issues.

• Assist the Director of Accounting with day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations, including budget review.

• Facilitate monthly close process and assist with financial and tax audits.

• Create, analyze, and report timely and accurate financial information for management.

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.

• Collaborate with other departments for process improvements.

• Perform other related projects as required.
