As a new Automotive Parts Advisor at Phil Long Ford of Trinidad, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting customers in identifying the right parts for their vehicles, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and maintaining inventory levels. You'll work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Additionally, you'll provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
