Responsibilities
  1. Prepare invoices accurately.

  2. Pick up parts as needed to support shop operations.

  3. Order parts for customers and maintain adequate stock levels.

  4. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers or direct calls appropriately.

  5. Schedule appointments.

  6. Process parts returns and handle core returns according to company policies.

  7. Receive and stock incoming parts.

  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and parts areas.
