Operations and Business Sales

Our client is an established relocation company seeking an Operations and Business Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations and build the sales division of the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients
• Network, Develop and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Drive the end-to-end sales process

• Experience with Relocation Services Preferred
