The Role:

Imply is looking for an energetic Recruiting Coordinator to guide candidates through a top-notch application process and to coordinate the recruiting efforts for Imply's Talent Acquisition Team. This is an amazing opportunity to join a small close-knit team, with a fast-paced environment as we grow across the organization. This position will report to our Recruiting Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, and facilitating virtual interviews
• Maintain our applicant tracking system integrity and log all appropriate information into the system to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer
• Work closely with the talent team and hiring managers to understand open roles and help properly move candidates through the process
• Assist technical recruiting team with ongoing projects and proactively identify opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Recruiting, Administrative, or Executive coordination
• A commitment to and track record of delivering high touch, world class white glove service to internal and external candidates and employees
• Adaptability and openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies, tactics, and processes
• Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail
• A sense of urgency in juggling multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interfacing with all types of people

Bonus Points: 

• Experience working in a tech startup or an agency serving tech startups
• Experience with Greenhouse or Lever
• Experience with Google, Slack, Zoom and other communication tools
