Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their insurance-related questions and concerns.
Policy Management: Process policy changes, renewals, and updates accurately and in a timely manner.
Claim Support: Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of their claims.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and service requests.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust in our agency.
Professionalism: Represent the agency with a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Alabama Property & Casualty License required
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or insurance-related role preferred
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
