Product Marketing Manager (Energy & Builder Services)

To continue making an impact, they are currently seeking for a Product Marketing Managers who will be responsible for the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for the Energy & Builder services, supporting the growth of their B2B partner ecosystem, and increasing consumer engagement on the platform.
Job Description● Market intelligence—be the expert on our key audiences, who they are, how they interact with our services and their key business criteria.
● Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
● Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target personas.
● Understand and document our partner and consumers’ user journey, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
● Develop a marketing plan for the products and verticals you support in conjunction with the Marketing and Services teams, including key activities and budgets to drive engagement from existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers and B2B partners
● Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
● Plan the launches of net-new features and products (primarily for the U.S. market) and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
● Act as a thought leader for the products and verticals you support externally
● Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
● Collaborate with our Energy & Builder service partners on co-marketing campaigns, and developing user-facing material for their applications.
- Experience launching products into the Energy/Utility or Multifamily/Smart Apartment verticals is preferred.
- Deep understanding of how service-based products are sold and the channels they are sold into.
- Excellent copywriting, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
- High energy, a team player outlook, resourcefulness, and a good sense of humor are required.
- Social media and marketing experience preferred.
