Outreach Coordinator

• Develop and execute outreach plans to expand our customer base and strengthen partnerships.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with business objectives and sales targets.
• Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.
• Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for outreach and business development.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes using CRM software.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and propose improvements based on feedback and data analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in outreach, sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
