Position: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Mascot TN

Pay: $15 per hour

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Job Description:Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity to join a thriving manufacturing team? We are currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for both 2nd and 3rd shifts at our facility in Mascot. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in our production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products.
Assist with loading and unloading materials onto production lines.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and address any issues that arise.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours as needed.
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move objects throughout the shift.
Basic math and measurement skills.
