Tuacahn Marketing Manager

Reports to Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing - Manage and build direct email marketing campaigns
  • Create and proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Create Newsletter topics and write articles.
  • Create email templates using approved graphics, logos, bios, and other advanced features
  • Collaborate with IT to manage email databases
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Determine email marketing KPIs
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
• Oversee, edit and approve marketing material, including brochures, digital ads, direct mail, radio spots, commercials, etc.
• Ensure marketing materials adhere to licensing requirements and branding guidelines.
• Coordinate and manage details of Marketing events, parades, trade shows, publicity performances, etc.
• Work with IT to ensure Tuacahn website is up to date, accurate and looking its best
• Meet with local vendors to discuss their advertising needs and trade
  • Create and send trade approvals to vendors, then once approved, send packaged ticket vouchers and concert tickets
  • Keep all signed vendor contracts and trade proposals organized
• Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
• Assist with all other marketing needs
• Other duties as assigned

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven work experience in Email marketing campaigns
• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
• Experience with email automation tools
• Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
• Strong project management skills
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Tuacahn's success
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
