Job Title: Data Entry & Vendor Support Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Vendor Support Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring vendor invoices are accurately tracked, documented, and processed through effective communication and data management.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, email correspondence, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment. While the role supports invoice-related processes, it is primarily focused on communication, follow-up, and data entry rather than accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with vendors via email regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and missing documentation
  • Follow up with vendors to obtain incomplete or outstanding invoice information
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain invoice data within internal systems
  • Review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
  • Assist with administrative projects and provide general support to the team as needed
  • Monitor outstanding items and ensure timely follow-up to keep processes moving efficiently
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree required
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, customer service, or a related role
  • Strong written communication skills with a professional and courteous email presence
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Pay and Benefits
