Job Description

ProGroupX welcomes exceptionally talented applicants that can work hard and have fun at the same time.  The ideal Email Operations Specialist is a motivated self-starter with an extreme interest in technology and the Internet. In this position, you will create, analyze, and optimize successful email campaigns. Every day you will try to improve processes, work product, and results.

Responsibilities

  • Implement email strategies using various technical platforms
     
  • Analyze metrics and report on A/B testing results

  • Develop and execute email campaigns 

  • QA email template functionality and rendering

  • Optimize email delivery for inbox placement

  • Assist coding emails and optimizing for email

Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in email marketing preferred

  • HTML experience required

  • Ability to work and communicate across all departments 

  • Creative thinker with a technical background

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
