As a Lead Associate Chiropractor here, you will be a key player in providing top-notch chiropractic care to patients as well as helping us lead and achieve our mission of improving lives and communities through chiropractic, together.

What’s cool about this Lead Associate Chiropractor opportunity is Thrive Family Chiropractic is an 8 year established practice with an amazing huge family wellness patient base, a great reputation and relationships with the other holistic, women’s health and pediatric practitioners, OB’s, midwives and doulas in the area. It’s an opportunity for someone who wants the freedom to run a practice and lead a team to step into the role without having to take out a huge loan, spend tons of money, take huge risks and the responsibility of owning a business, market and build their own patient base from scratch while navigating their own way alone. This is more like a partner role.

Lincoln is a fast growing city with a small town feel, a great place to raise a family and lots of opportunity! Our office is located in southeast Lincoln where there’s tons of growth, expansion, new construction, great schools, upscale communities, and plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, health food stores, target, coffee shops, great churches, gyms, and anything else you might be looking for! Lincoln also has strong Christian community and health and fitness community.

Compensation:

• $60,000-$80,000 annum
• Bonuses
  • Profit share based on growth of practice as a whole

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and treatments to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Active chiropractic license in Nebraska (or willingness to attain one)
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to improving lives through chiropractic
• MUST HAVE 2-3 years minimum experience in practice and is ready to take on more of a clinical leadership and decision making role as well as higher compensation and bonus structure.
