What does an Associate Chiropractor do?

An Associate Chiropractor is a licensed healthcare professional who works under the supervision or partnership of a senior chiropractor within a clinic. Their primary responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal issues, especially those related to the spine. They perform spinal adjustments, recommend rehabilitative exercises, and provide lifestyle advice to improve patient health. Associate Chiropractors may also assist with patient consultations, maintain treatment records, and contribute to the overall management of the practice.

How does an Associate Chiropractor typically collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a clinic setting?

Associate Chiropractors often work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, massage therapists, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care. This collaborative approach not only enhances patient outcomes but also provides valuable professional development and learning opportunities for chiropractors early in their careers.
