As a Licensed Acupuncturist, your daily responsibilities include:

• Performing detailed patient assessments and examinations to determine individual health conditions, followed by the formulation of tailored acupuncture treatment plans.
• Delivering high-quality acupuncture treatments focusing on enhancing patients’ physical and mental wellness through various techniques such as cupping, electro-acupuncture, and dry needling.
• Documenting patient histories and treatment outcomes meticulously to track progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our network to ensure comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Providing educational resources and support to both patients and the community to raise awareness about the benefits of acupuncture and hand-on healing.
• Encouraging active participation in continuous staff development through mentorship, workshops, and shared learning opportunities.
• Communicating the prescribed treatment protocols clearly to patients, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable with their chosen care methods.

The Acupuncturist will engage with patients from various backgrounds and needs, requiring both cultural competence and the ability to adapt treatments based on individual health goals and preferences.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, or a related field, complemented by a valid state license to practice acupuncture.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in acupuncture or a related healthcare field.
• Strong grasp of differential diagnosis, treatment planning, and the ability to adapt techniques based on patient needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and build trust.
• A commitment to professional growth and a willingness to participate in ongoing education and training sessions.

While not required, candidates with additional certifications in specialty areas such as sports medicine acupuncture, trigger point acupuncture, or advanced pain management techniques are highly desirable. Familiarity with medical billing processes and practices, along with a knack for time management and multitasking, will be beneficial in ensuring smooth operations.

We offer a competitive salary range from $20.00 to $75.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses based on performance and practice growth.
