This position is based onsite at our outpatient office located in beautiful San Tan Valley, where the community's vibrant wellness culture encourages holistic treatment modalities. Operate within a collaborative and patient-centered environment, engaging closely with fellow health care professionals to optimize treatment strategies for diverse clients. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

• Effectively treat patients by utilizing acupuncture needles along with modalities such as cupping, ear balls, seeds, pellets, and nutritional supplements to address their specific health needs.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, applying Oriental medicine diagnostic techniques to evaluate medical histories and physical findings, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans.
• Provide comprehensive education to patients on lifestyle adjustments, including meditation practices, nutrition, ergonomic techniques, exercise regimens, and relaxation strategies that complement their acupuncture treatments.
• Monitor treatment results, systematically analyzing patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to optimize health recovery and maintenance.
• Administer heat or cold therapies utilizing equipment like hydro collator packs, heat lamps, and warming compresses as part of the treatment regimen.

Our clientele ranges from those seeking relief from chronic pain or stress to individuals pursuing preventative health measures and overall well-being. As an Acupuncturist at Blissful Acupuncture Solutions, you will serve a diverse patient population requiring careful assessment and personalized treatment strategies; this may include veterans and civilian patients, making cultural competence and empathy critical components of patient engagement.

• Applicants must be U.S. citizens and possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in acupuncture or Oriental medicine from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice acupuncture in the state of Arizona.
• Certification: Board certification through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) is required and must remain current throughout employment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and educate patients from various backgrounds regarding the integration of lifestyle changes with acupuncture therapy.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience practicing acupuncture. Demonstrated skill in formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual health profiles and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals is strongly preferred. Experience with administrative tasks such as patient record management and supplemental health education will also be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from $66,757 to $104,996 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
