This full-time position involves providing holistic care through Traditional Chinese Medicine, specifically acupuncture, to address the health and wellness needs of our diverse patient population. Flexible work hours offer the ability to schedule appointments between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, accommodating both staff and patient needs.

• Conduct in-depth consultations with patients to assess their health concerns, medical history, and treatment goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that may incorporate acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and other TCM modalities tailored to each patient's condition.
• Perform acupuncture procedures with precision, including needle insertion and stimulation, to alleviate pain, promote healing, and enhance overall wellness.
• Provide guidance on lifestyle and dietary changes to support the holistic well-being of patients and encourage sustainable health practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare practitioners, such as physicians and physical therapists, to ensure coordinated patient care and favorable health outcomes.
• Maintain detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes to inform ongoing care and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.

• A valid state license and certification as a practicing Acupuncturist.
• In-depth knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and proficiency in acupuncture techniques.
• Strong understanding of acupuncture points, meridian theory, and relevant treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
• A proactive approach to continual professional development, staying current with trends and research in the field of acupuncture and TCM.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in acupuncture practice.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional holistic practices, such as herbal medicine or massage therapy, is beneficial.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from USD 60 to USD 80, commensurate with experience and skill level, along with potential for commission. Our benefits package includes:
