Dispatcher / Office Admin

Innovative Labor and Cleaning Service is Looking for someone to take a clerical position with us here in the office at 4903 Vine St. Cincinnati, OH 45217.  The position will be day shift, Monday through Friday. 
Job description includes: but not limited to; collecting timesheet when necessary from employees, sending emails, answering calls, taking applications in main office, taking messages, filling out dispatch sheets, filling job orders for the next day (staffing), general office work etc. Must be reliable and dependable. Able to work and get job done with little to no supervision. Willing to learn new thing and develop within the role.

 Looking to hire Part-time Office Assistant duties insist of but not limited to:

1. Dispatch and send workers out every morning
2. Answer Phone
3. Handle walk-in applicants
4. Mondays send out weekly motivational video.
5. Assure laundry and vans are washed weekly.
6. Help fill jobs.
7. Keep phone list update (Update every Friday with new employees)
8. Make sure office supplies is stocked i.e. (paper, post it, pens application)
9. Clean office area and bathrooms every Friday
10. Attending Job Fairs
11. Assist office manager as needed.

 
Pay: 17hr 
Hours: Full-Time Monday thru Friday 6am-230pm with a 1/2 lunch
