At Four Hands we do everything from design, manufacture and distribute home furnishing products. While we are most well-known for being a leading global designer and wholesaler of lifestyle home furnishings, we provide much more than that.

We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This individual will be a trusted business partner to senior leaders to drive and support rapid growth of the business. This role is accountable for KPI reporting, financial planning, budgeting, preparing fact-based analytics, supporting strategic initiatives, and developing value-add insights and analysis to drive and influence business decisions.

This role will be required to travel between our warehouse in Buda, TX and our corporate office in Austin, TX.

In This Role

Build and support KPI reports across the operations teams to aid in business reviews
Prepare comprehensive analysis of monthly and quarterly results with explanation of variances from forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities evident in financial results
Serve as the finance subject matter expert on operational tools within the organization including but not limited to: Korber, Century, Power BI, etc
Inform and guide stakeholders across all levels of the organization on financial reports
Establish rapport as a trusted advisor to operational leadership team by providing timely and valuable support
Educate department leaders on financial impacts to financial budgets and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Support the annual strategic planning process with focus on alignment, prioritization, cost optimization, and accountability to drive improved profitability
Identify trends, communicate observations, and provide recommendations for cost and margin improvements
Partner with department leaders to find opportunities to optimize cost structure, set and manage key operational metrics, build business cases, and assess ROI of new initiatives
Promote a culture of high engagement, high performance, and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
