Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, managing schedules, and ensuring optimal customer service.
• Train and mentor team members on service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among staff.
• Uphold and enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on marketing initiatives and community outreach to drive business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of new employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, customer service, and safety standards.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
