Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to manage our accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Generate and distribute accurate and timely client invoices.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update financial records accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve payment issues.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Prepare regular reports to monitor accounts receivable aging and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience working in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
