Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
- Must have experience with handling harassment claims, FMLA, compensation analytics, training or writing training programs, employee development, and pension plans
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (e.g., SPHR, PHR) ideal
