We are seeking a Restaurant Managers- All Levels | *Urgently Hiring*- to join our team!

HOUSTON, TX

You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. This individual must be an example of sincere hospitality to the team members and guests, making certain everyone is being well taken care of and having an extraordinary experience. This individual must always maintain a professional appearance and supportive manner— as our Managers lead by example and maintain an important presence in the dining room.

Salary Estimate depending on position/ Location- $55,000-$85,000

*Director of Operations *General Manager * Service Manager

Responsibilities: It's important to note that the duties and obligations of an individual largely depend on the Management position.

• Hire, train, and retain the best talent in the industry. Ensure proper labor management through accurate sales forecasting and reviewing each department's schedule weekly.

• Control costs by managing controllable expenses and creating systems that allow others to successfully manage them.

• Maintain a safe, well-manicured restaurant, as pristine and organized behind the scenes as it is for the guests.

• Ensure team members have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to be successful in their roles. While Holding the entire team to the highest of standards through fair, consistent coaching, and feedback.

• Oversees the entire restaurant operation—front and back of house

​Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in high-volume sales and premium dining, with fluency in both Spanish and English being a plus.
• Fun, energetic, friendly, and passionate, with strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
• Bar Management Experience
