Job Description

· Manager of LBI Fiberglass Distribution and LBI Materials inventory management

· Perform or oversee Purchasing and purchase planning.

· Develop and implement the marketing and sales plans for LBI Composite products business (LBI Fiberglass.com)

· Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

· Monitor Government and commercial solicitations. Submit bids, quotes, and proposals.

· Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

· Maintain all sales and marketing data on CRM software.

· Oversee or perform website maintenance.

· Create, oversee, and perform email and social media marketing planning and execution.

· Participate in pricing the solution/service.

· Provide and assist with customer service for LBI Corp and LBI Fiberglass

· Develop and maintain customer and sales prospect lists.

· Plan and assist with acquisition of all resources needed to accommodate operations and growth. To include though not limited to staff, machinery, equipment, and outside services.

Skills, Requirements, etc.

· 4 years Sales and Customer Service experience and/or a degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.

· Organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Problem-solving and negotiation skills and the ability to “Think on Your Feet.”

· Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Photoshop, CRM software, WordPress, Fishbowl inventory

· Knowledge of marine systems and composite materials preferred, such as experience with Marine Engineering, Marine Repair, Boatbuilding, Autobody or Composites/Fiberglass Repair/Manufacturing.

· On-the-Job Technical and Products Training is available for an applicant with good transferable skills, a positive attitude and the ability and desire to learn.
