Job Description

A well-established restaurant company with an excellent reputation is seeking an Assistant General Manager for one of our restaurants. We need a strong, hands-on Manager. We are busy and growing. Applicants should have good tenure, a great attitude, and experience in a "from scratch" kitchen.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:

At least 5 years in a high-volume, salaried management position
Ability to control food and labor cost
Strong interpersonal skills
High energy and hands-on style of management
Focused, organized, and intelligent
