Job description
Responsible for contacting and servicing our customers for account setups, maintenance, and compliance. Will be responsible for keeping up to date with current laws and regulations pertaining to the company. Requires hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Customer setups and maintenance
- Email Communication
- Vendor setups and maintenance
- Works closely with account managers to ensure seamless customer service is provided to all customers.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Computer Skills: Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Word and Outlook
Must possess the ability to learn and master computer systems used within the company on a daily basis
HOURS: MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 10AM-7PM
