• High level of proficiency in Excel and Word required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus

• Positive attitude with good office skills
• Customer service experience required

Responsibilities include:                                                                                            

• Answering inbound calls from external customers
• Researching and responding to customer inquires regarding status of open orders/shipments
• Addressing customer issues and ensuring customer problems are accurately resolved
• Processing purchase orders via telephone, fax or e-mail
• Daily projects and issue-resolution using analytical and problem-solving skills
• Handle customer returns request (including research, processing etc)
