Overview:
As a full-charge bookkeeper, you will be an integral part of our finance team, dedicated to maintaining precise financial records and enhancing our accounting procedures. Your role will involve a mix of accounts payable and receivable management, budget analysis, expense reporting, and general ledger upkeep. You will contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, ensuring compliance and supporting our company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Maintenance: Diligently update and preserve comprehensive accounting records and files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Transaction Management: Efficiently processes accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment operations.
- Budget Analysis: Analyze budget forecasts and prepare detailed expense reports to monitor and manage company expenditures.
- General Ledger Oversight: Accurately post financial transactions, classifying records according to the nature of the expenses, assets, and liabilities to maintain organized financial statements.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Closing Procedures: Actively participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, contributing to the timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to enhance financial procedures and implement best practices for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

- Multitasking and Organizational Abilities: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal and Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for effective interaction with customers, suppliers, and team members.
