Project Manager

Data-Core Systems a consulting, services and digital transformation solution provider helping businesses reshape their future with cutting-edge technologies and services, has an immediate opening for a Project Manager in the Consulting Services Division.

Responsibilities and Expectations: 

• Manage Full Project Lifecycle – Planning, Execution & Controlling, Reporting, Closeout for Information Technology (IT) projects and Business projects.
• Manage Project Schedules and Budgets based on executive management and business Subject Matter Expert (SME) input.
• Manage Stakeholder Communications and Expectations, including incorporating changes in direction by executive and senior management.
• Create presentations, dashboards, workflows and user stories as needed.
  
• Manage vendors and deliverables, including escalating project issues.
  
• Manage and/or perform requirement development. Execute testing of requirements as needed.
  
• Manage project risks and issues; keep management informed as necessary.
• Active PMP cert is required. 

Experience:

• 5 years experience managing stakeholders and leading project teams
• 5 years advanced knowledge and experience in using MS project
• 8 years advanced knowledge of using PowerPoint and Excel to analyze data and produce dashboards
• 5 years experience in leading Waterfall and Agile projects
• 2 years advanced knowledge of MS Visio or workflow software
• Experience of working in the Medicaid or Managed Care Organizations
