Job Duties and Responsibilities

Spearhead the execution of manufacturing site plans, driving technical enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
Mentor teams to develop and implement cross-functional solutions, capturing best practices and fostering collaboration
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports highlighting activities and achievements across manufacturing engineering teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field required
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 7 years in supervisory roles
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems; Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus
