Personal Assistant To Content Creator

I am looking for a creative and strategic social media assistant to join my team! In this role you will oversee all social media accounts – Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, Blog and TikTok, as well as publishing dashboards

As my personal assistant you are responsible for brainstorming campaigns, help with creating social media content and analyzing analytics.

Responsibilities:

Day to day duties include:

- Help Film Youtube, Instagram, Tik tok, and Brand content

- Help shoot photos for different content

- Help with editing of photos and scheduling posts

- Be on site with talent as needed

- Engage in creative meetings and calls

- Help with content ideas

- Handle calendar and scheduling

- Must have knowledge on social media and video graphic content

- Must work closely with management and publicist to organize schedule and bookings

Qualifications:

• - Must live in the Delaware/Philadelphia area and have a car

  - Must have flexible enough hours to work around mine schedule with appropriate notice

  - Must have basic knowledge of editing and shooting

  -Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.

  -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  -Exceptional interpersonal skills.
