  • Effectively manage contractual deliverables and customer expectations, including budget management, creator forecasting, performance pacing, KPI tracking, and ongoing stakeholder communication through recurring status meetings and strategic planning sessions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, creator, and marketer by sharing market trends, platform changes, creator economy insights, and product feedback with internal strategy, product, research, and design teams.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
    • 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, paid social, customer success, account management, or related digital marketing disciplines.
    • Demonstrated experience managing performance-driven creator programs with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, creator attribution, conversion measurement, and revenue-focused KPIs.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret creator, affiliate, and campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Experience developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that connect creator activity to business outcomes such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous agency, SaaS, customer success, or account management experience preferred, with a proven ability to act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • A growth-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and drive measurable results.
    • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage priorities across customer accounts.
    • A high degree of integrity, empathy, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
