We’re seeking a creative, detailoriented, and highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help strengthen our digital footprint across multiple platforms.


 Position Overview
The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging content that promotes our brands, vehicles, and dealership culture. This role requires strong creative storytelling skills, video and photo production capabilities, and the ability to adapt content for various social platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, dealership leadership, and on-site staff to capture real-time content that reflects the Advantage Dealer Group brand.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create high-quality content including videos, photos, reels, stories, and graphics.
  • Capture on-site content at our dealerships (vehicle walkarounds, customer spotlights, events, team features, promotions).
  • Monitor trends in automotive marketing and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Uphold consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications (required); Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields a plus.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
  • Strong skills in video editing, photography, and graphic design.
  • Proficient in social media tools and platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, visit multiple dealership locations, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for automotive content is a plus!
