Role Overview:
Could you be our next Digital Media Content Creator? Globe Life is looking for a Digital Media Content Creator to join the team!
This role is responsible for creating engaging visual content across all social media platforms, serving as a digital voice for the Globe Life brand. This role is responsible for collaborating with the social media department to design and produce multi-platform graphic and video content for both internal and external campaigns. This role is responsible for attending company events, capturing content, and crafting messaging that highlights the significance of each event while maintaining a consistent and positive representation of Globe Life's mission and values.
This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
What You Will Do:
  • Strategize and develop effective social media campaigns for internal and external initiatives, including sponsored posts under direct management supervision.
  • Serve as a visual culture ambassador to foster engagement.
  • Assist social media teams in creating engaging social media content.
  • Support the design of graphics and video based on brand, copy, purpose, and other needs.
  • Execute brand standards for multiple brands under direct supervision of the social media manager.
  • Execute both graphic and video design work.
  • Identify deliverables within asset management resources to help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Attend company events and provide social media support as needed (travel required, both domestic and international).
  • Stay current on the latest content requirements and trends in social media.

What You Can Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in social media, graphic design, or digital marketing.
  • 3-5 years of professional relevant experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Portfolio or work samples link(s) required for consideration.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience with video, audio, and still photography equipment: Sony and/or Canon.
  • Experience editing video, audio, and still photography.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred working knowledge of project management, design, and proofing tools: Hootsuite, Sprinklr, and Airtable.
  • Strong project management skills with flexibility to shift focus based on business demand and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong video and graphic design skills with a solid understanding of camera systems, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • Passion for social media and the digital marketing industry.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and calendars.
  • Enthusiasm and initiative when taking on new projects.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office: Word and PowerPoint; experience with Excel a plus.
  • Strong proofreading, writing, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
