Paul Gough Media

Kissimmee, FL โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Job description

Who Are We?

Paul Gough Media is a fast-growing marketing agency that helps private physical therapy practices grow and thrive. Founded by Paul Gough, a best-selling author and renowned speaker, our company provides full-service marketing solutions, including websites, social media management, digital ads, and more. We're passionate about helping clinic owners succeed, and we're proud to be a trusted partner to businesses across the U.S. and beyond.

As part of that mission, we've built PaulAi, a suite of AI agents purpose-built for physical therapy practice owners. Our current agents include Paula (AI phone receptionist), Connie (AI social media content creator), Sanjay (AI financial assistant), and Paul (AI coaching GPT). PaulAi is one of the most exciting things we've ever builtโ€”and we're just getting started.

Our brand-new office in Celebration, Florida, is dynamic, fast-paced, and filled with a team that's innovative, supportive, and driven to make a real difference for our clients.

We're looking for a Content & Social Media Strategist to help build the PaulAi brand from the ground upโ€”growing and engaging our audience, producing compelling content, and shaping how AI is introduced to clinic owners around the world.

The Role

This is far more than a traditional social media job.

You'll work directly with Paul Gough and the leadership team to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and growth for the PaulAi brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate combines the creativity of a content producer, the strategic mindset of a marketer, and the adaptability of someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Distribution
  • Create, edit, schedule, and publish high-impact content across social media platforms.
  • Transform podcasts, webinars, interviews, livestreams, and events into engaging short-form content.
  • Repurpose existing content into fresh, platform-specific formats, including Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Develop compelling hooks, headlines, captions, and messaging.
  • Use Canva and editing tools to create polished graphics, thumbnails, and social assets.
Podcast & Interview Production
  • Assist with and occasionally lead interviews, podcasts, and long-form content creation.
  • Identify key messaging from conversations and transform it into content that resonates with clinic owners.
  • Collaborate with the videographer and creative team to capture and produce content across multiple formats.
Social Media Growth & Strategy
  • Analyze social media performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Proactively recommend content strategies, campaigns, and creative ideas to drive growth and engagement.
  • Help shape the long-term content strategy for the PaulAi brand.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging opportunities.
Creative Collaboration
  • Work closely with Paul Gough and the leadership team to brainstorm content ideas and execute on new opportunities.
  • Ensure content is optimized for each platform and audience.

Executive Partnership

This role works closely with the founder and leadership team in a high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, emotionally mature, and comfortable with shifting priorities, direct feedback, and the fast pace that comes with supporting a growing brand.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where opportunities, events, and content moments don't always happen between 9 and 5.

What We're Looking ForNon-Negotiables
  • Strong instincts for messaging and content creation.
  • Basic editing skills, including captions, headlines, pacing, and formatting.
  • Comfortable using Canva and social media publishing tools.
  • Experience creating and scheduling content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Confidence working directly with founders and senior leadership.
Bonus Points
  • Experience producing podcasts, interviews, or livestream content.
  • Experience managing or growing social media accounts for founders, brands, or creators.
  • Strong copywriting skills or experience in marketing and content strategy.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and workflows.
  • Familiarity with analytics and social media reporting.

The Type of Person Who Thrives Here
  • You enjoy working in fast-moving, high-performance environments.
  • You don't take direct feedback personally.
  • You can pivot quickly when priorities change.
  • You're energized by ownership and responsibility.
  • You're equally excited by strategy and execution.
  • You want to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Why Join Us?
  • Work from our vibrant office in Celebration, Florida.
  • Play a foundational role in building the PaulAi brand.
  • Work directly with Paul Gough and the leadership team.
  • Be part of a company that's leading the charge on AI in healthcare.
  • Join a team that's ambitious, supportive, and committed to growth.
  • Enjoy opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Location: Celebration, Florida | In-office, full-time.
