Administrative Assistant wanted to assist with daily operations at our independently owned pediatric therapy clinic at our Novato and Sausalito locations. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is a quick learner and enjoys being in a child-oriented environment to join our team of dedicated professionals. The job will require scheduling, answering and distributing phone calls, mail, and emails and promoting our mission to Empower Kids to Lead Joyful Lives. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and online scheduling systems preferred. This position provides a great opportunity for growth as an assistant in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Salary range is $50,000 - $54,000 based on experience. We also offer sick pay, paid time off, healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), and retirement plan.
