Salary Range: $38, 480 annually
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days from home and 3 days on-site

United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring an Administrator, CI & Trainings to join our team. As Administrator, CI & Trainings you will provide administrative support to the CFE Training and Community Impact teams including the Audit Committee.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Community Impact:
- Provide administrative support and follow-up for Directors and Program Officers on the Community Impact team that includes but is not limited to: setting up appointments; composing/drafting letters; data entry; roof reading; managing internal and external correspondence; mailings; report generation and queries.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and events, including coordinating with key organizations, community partners and volunteers.
- Provide telephone support for the Community Impact division that includes but is not limited to: answering calls; recording and delivering accurate messages; referring complaints and requests for information to appropriate staff and following up as needed.
- Provide support on all aspects of program investment information processing, from communication with grant recipients to compilation and organization of application and reporting materials, including agency and program contracts.
- Collect and track information; manage databases; prepare division reports. Conduct research and special projects as needed
- Provide support to the Audit Committee including coordination of information for review among volunteers, agencies, and staff.
- Assist other team administrators as needed.
Training Department
- Assist in coordinating logistics in the delivery of trainings, including registration of trainees, training paperwork, room set up, preparation of materials, ordering meals, etc.
- Process and track paperwork for the approval of CEU courses; review and submit paperwork to the CEU processor; liaise with CEU processing provider; and ensure participants receive CEU certificates.
- Track and maintain accurate information and data regarding trainings, i.e. certificates and attendance.
- Responsible for inputting and maintaining training information and schedules in the UWM online Training Portal.
- Assist in the preparation of training packages and materials, including formatting, photocopying, collating.
- Provide telephone support that includes but is not limited to answering calls, recording and delivering accurate messages, referring complaints and requests for information to appropriate staff and following up as needed.
- Conduct research as needed.
- Assist in the development of documents that support the work of the Training Manager.
- Maintain yearly calendars of activities for successful implementation and reporting and keep relevant staff informed.

Requirements
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, supplemented with computer courses.
Experience Requirements: At least one year of data entry experience and one year experience as administrative support. Prefer program/project and/or grant administration support.
Technology Requirements: Knowledge of modern web browsers , Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Other Essential Knowledge/Skills: Typing, filing and proofreading skills. Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task. Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
