Install and Service Coordinator (Premier Custom Cabinetry Shop in the Charlotte, NC area)

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain installation schedules in coordination with Shop Supervisor.
Optimize schedules to minimize fuel costs and reduce need for repeat trips.
Handle inbound calls from clients and schedule follow-up service appointments.
Ensure that company deadlines are met through ongoing schedule monitoring and adjustment.
