Position: Security Dispatcher

As a Security Dispatcher, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating all security activities to ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties. You will work closely with our security officers, client representatives, and emergency services to handle any security incidents that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor security cameras, and other security equipment

- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from clients, security officers, and emergency services

- Dispatch security officers and respond to incidents in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain accurate records of all security activities and incidents

- Communicate effectively with security officers, clients, and emergency services

- Monitor and track all security officer activity and provide support as needed

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Act as a liaison between clients and security personnel to address any concerns or issues

- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services in case of a serious incident or emergency.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the security industry

- Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and make quick and effective decisions

- Proficient in computer systems and software

- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

- Previous experience with emergency response protocols is a plus.
