As we grow, weโ€™re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to help coordinate daily operations.


Job Summary:
The Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations by coordinating drivers, routes, and service requests. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers based on daily routes and service needs
  • Monitor driver schedules, routes, and progress throughout the day
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Respond to real-time issues and make quick adjustments as needed
  • Track pickups, deliveries, and completion status using internal systems
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates in dispatch software
  • Assist with scheduling, workload balancing, and operational planning
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer support
  • Report issues, delays, or operational concerns to management
