LeeSar is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate critical transportation services that support hospitals, pharmacies, EMS providers, and healthcare facilities throughout Southwest Florida.

This is more than a traditional dispatch role. You'll serve as the central communication hub for drivers and operations teams, utilizing advanced fleet technology to ensure essential deliveries arrive safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Do

As a Dispatcher, you'll coordinate and monitor daily transportation operations supporting courier, fleet, pharmacy, culinary, EMS, and distribution services throughout Southwest Florida.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, monitor route performance, respond to service issues, adjust schedules in real time, and help ensure critical deliveries reach their destinations safely and efficiently.

Every day presents new challenges, requiring quick decision-making, strong communication, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Occasional weekend coverage may be required based on operational needs.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with GPS, routing, dispatch, or fleet management systems preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Commitment to customer service and teamwork

• Two (2) or more years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, healthcare, or fleet operations experience preferred
