Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by answering calls, gathering accurate information, and dispatching security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, and emergencies at the healthcare location.
• Monitor radio communications, alarms, surveillance systems, and other dispatch channels, prioritizing requests based on urgency and established procedures.
• Coordinate responses with security-related personnel, clinical staff, facility teams, and/or emergency responders while maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Document calls, incidents, dispatch activity, and response details in logs and reporting systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and provide timely updates to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A tuberculosis test and MMR vaccinations are required by the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services and Department of Health Services.
• Hospital vaccinations are required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
