Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT support analyst to work in our IT department. The role involves providing IT support, enhancing IT systems and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

· Work across the company as the IT support contact.

· Manage, configure, and troubleshoot several software applications

· Recommend improvements for the organization’s IT systems

· Implement enhancements or modifications to IT tools and processes

· Provide IT support for office and remote employees

· Offer technical assistance for queries/issues related to computer systems, hardware, network and services

· Maintain inventory of hardware software and other IT supplies

Requirements and Skills

· Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline

· Proficient with MacOS, Windows and Office 365

· Familiarity with IBM AS400

· Excellent English communication skills

· Ability to lift 45 lbs.

· Desired: Mobile Device Management (MDM), basic network system knowledge, warehousing functions.
