IT Support Analyst

Bristol, CT


Our client, a prestigious mid sized investment firm, is seeking an IT Support Consultant to join their team. This person will work closely alongside the firm’s IT Manager to support day to day technology operations and provide hands on technical support to employees across the organization, including senior leadership.


Responsibilities


  • Provide day to day technical support for Microsoft 365, hardware, software, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot general end user issues in a fast paced corporate environment.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, account setup, password resets, and workstation deployments.
  • Support conference room technology, VPN and connectivity issues, and remote access needs.
  • Partner with the IT Manager on ongoing technology initiatives and operational support efforts.
  • Deliver professional, white glove support to employees across all levels of the firm.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of IT support, desktop support, or help desk experience.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 support experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Experience within financial services or professional services environments is a plus.
