Job description

Job Profile: The primary function of the IT Support Analyst position is to resolve end user support issues and manage those support issues to completion with a customer service attitude. The secondary responsibility is to assist with the administration of the data center and communication equipment including computer repair, M365 administration (primarily Entra and Intune), data backups, email administration, and telecom/network administration (Webex).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Answer Help desk calls and ensure that these calls are quickly addressed and resolved with a high degree of professionalism with a customer focus.
  • For the support and maintenance of the company's computing environment including desktops, laptops, peripherals, tablets, and networking equipment to provide the highest level of availability and reliability possible.
  • Gain expertise in our client cybersecurity systems to support and educate end users
  • Manage the Help Desk ticketing system to ensure prompt, prioritized response and updated information to users regarding their requests
  • Assist in helping define standards at the desktop, server, network, and procedural levels.
  • Maintain an accurate asset inventory
  • Desktop support
  • Hardware, software and peripheral installations/configurations and moves/adds/changes
  • Application support
  • Small project and problem resolution at server/network level
  • Documentation/training
  • Interfaces with all functional areas of the business.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work area.
  • Additional responsibilities may be required per the needs of the business
