We’re hiring a Call Center Associate for our Houston TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Call Center Associate
Location: Northwest Houston, TX
Pay: $19
Hours: Flexible Schedule - Nights & Weekends (remotes) or Day Shift (in person)
Duration: Temp to Hire
Description of Duties: Assist customers with online equipment orders. Manage accounts, answer inbound calls, place orders via outbound calls, enter and review orders, and follow up with client requirements: Detail oriented, excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to take orders over the phone and enter them into database. Ability to type min 40 wpm. Bilingual a plus. Perfect Candidate would have healthcare call center or medical administrative office experience.
