We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager and Tenant Coordinator to oversee the operations of our clients apartment complex / property. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the community, maintaining resident satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. Our client is looking for a tenant services coordinator to act as a friendly face to new and existing tenant in the office near Lincoln MA. The ideal candidate will understand the community needed for apartment living and will be a true people person.
As a Leasing Consultant, your primary responsibilities include:
- Talking with tenants and soon to be new residents of the apartment community
- Setting up appointments for new tours
- Maintain tenant relationships
- Preparing leasing reports
- Administrative / office work as needed
- ad hoc as needed
Experience / Qualifications Needed:
- Experience leasing / property management
- Hospitality experienc
