We are seeking a dynamic restaurant General Manager to lead a tight-knit team at our Napa, CA location. This beloved lunch and dinner spot is frequented by locals and tourists alike. Most of the team has made this staple home for several years. This is an excellent opportunity for an AGM to lead this team.
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health Benefits, 401k and more!
General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Ability to calmly lead, train, and inspire the FOH and BOH financial
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to improve efficiencies and grow the business
- Extensive wine knowledge required
- Catering management experience preferred
- Manage financials
