Essential Functions:
- Oversee reporting process for multiple entities to ensure compliance with US GAAP, including monthly financial statement preparation.
- Direct annual and monthly reporting, budgets, and forecasting efforts.
- Perform reconciliation calculations for various balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Support the annual external audit process.
- Actively monitor revenue recognition policies to ensure compliance with US GAAP and proper reporting of revenues and related expenses.
- Manage employees within the accounting department including but not limited to hiring, training and developing employees, delegating work assignments, writing and conducting performance appraisals, salary recommendations, coaching and counseling, and administering corrective actions.
- Lead the design and implementation of controls to mitigate risk in accounting, treasury, and financial reporting processes.
- Document accounting, treasury, and financial reporting processes.
- Manage an accounting team to complete all essential accounting and financial reporting functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA Required
- 1-3+ years of managerial experience
- 3+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience at a Big Four or large national public accounting firm.
- Proficiency in U.S. GAAP technical accounting and research.
- Leadership experience managing accounting teams.
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite is preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and accounting/ERP applications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Position Type/Expected Hours Worked:
- This is a full-time position onsite, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required.
