Outbound Customer Service Representative

Hire Connections is assisting our long-time client, a growing leader in the outdoor industry, with Membership Services Agent positions in an Outbound capacity. This is a full-time opportunity located in Englewood (Inverness Business Park). Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proven Sales Experience: Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with a positive and persistent attitude.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in products, policies, and procedures.
• Organization: Must be able to manage scheduled call backs, respond to email and voicemails promptly, communicating any hand offs required to cover if not in office.
• Reliability: Proven exceptional attendance and time management.

Required Experience:

• High school Diploma or Equivalent; college degree or some college preferred.
• At least one year in a call center setting and sales experience preferred.
• Auto-Dialer experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and listening abilities required.
• Must have effective organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs essential.
• Must be open to a flexible work schedule. Hours of operation are 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls: Average agent ranges 150 to 200 outbound calls per day.
